Recently I had a friend say that they never realized that meditation could be achieved in multiple positions? The body is such an amazing focusing tool whether you are seated standing walking or laying down. It's the breath that becomes the compass into deep mindfulness, a calm heart, a calm spirit no matter what position you are in.
